Renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments
Our Hyde Park apartments are one-bedroom, one-bathroom units in older, well-built Cincinnati buildings that we renovate unit by unit. That usually means an updated kitchen and bath paired with the details newer construction does not have — hardwood or hardwood-look flooring, plaster walls, real room separation instead of an open studio box, and windows on more than one wall.
These are small buildings, not mid-rise complexes. You will have a handful of neighbors rather than two hundred, on-street or off-street parking depending on the building, and a leasing team that also handles maintenance, so the person you call knows the property. Availability is limited by design: when a Hyde Park one-bedroom opens, it typically leases quickly, so it is worth calling before a unit shows up as available.

The Square is the center of gravity here — a fountain, a green, restaurants and coffee, and a Sunday farmers market in season. Erie Avenue carries most of the everyday errands, so a lot of Hyde Park renting comes down to how many of those blocks you can cover on foot.
Rookwood Commons and Rookwood Pavilion sit just north, which covers big-box shopping, groceries, and a movie theater without getting on a highway. Oakley's Madison Road strip is a short drive for a bigger bar and restaurant scene.
Ault Park's overlook and gardens are a genuine amenity for runners and dog owners, and the Wasson Way trail continues to extend the paved bike route toward the Little Miami Scenic Trail.
Hyde Park is roughly 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati by car outside of rush hour, with I-71 reachable via Smith Road or Dana Avenue. Metro bus service runs along Erie and Madison. Most residents keep a car, but daily errands around the Square are walkable.
Current pricing, photos, and floor plans for every open unit are on our available apartments page. If nothing in Hyde Park is showing today, call or text (513) 394-6168 and we will tell you what is coming available — or see leasing office hours and contact info.
