What to Expect When You Reach Out

    1. Tell us the neighborhood and size

We lease renovated one-bedrooms in Hyde Park, flats in Walnut Hills, studios in Madisonville, and units in Clifton near DAAP and UC Medical. Naming the area and bedroom count lets us skip straight to what is open.

    2. Tour during office hours

Showings happen Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm, or Saturday by appointment. Bring a photo ID and plan on about twenty minutes per unit.

    3. Apply online

Applications are submitted through the listing for the unit you choose. Expect a credit and background check, proof of income, and a decision within two to three business days.
