Columbia Ridge Management is a Cincinnati-based multifamily real estate company that owns and operates 200+ residential units across the greater Cincinnati area. We are not a distant investment firm or an absentee landlord—we are local owners who live in and care about this city.
The two principals of Columbia Ridge have 20+ years of experience with a Fortune 500 company in operations and sales. We bring that expertise to strategic real estate investments and property management, with a vision to transform communities and businesses in Cincinnati.
